Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup whole wheat flour/plain flour
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1 large egg
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– 1/2 tablespoon sugar (optional)
– Pinch of salt

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
3. Pour a small amount of batter, swirl to coat the pan evenly.
4. Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
5. Repeat with the remaining batter.
6. Spread peanut butter/almond butter on the crepe and fold, or serve with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!

Note

  • With this recipe, you'll likely make around 4 to 6 crepes, assuming you're making crepes of about 6 inches in diameter. Adjust crepe size and batter thickness to make more or fewer crepes based on your preferences!
  • It's best to avoid adding sugar to food for babies under 12 months old. You can simply omit the sugar from the recipe.
