Ingredients:
– 4 pieces of chicken fillet (marinated with salt, pepper, oregano powder, and corn starch)
– 4 teaspoons of Haruplate sweet and sour sauce
– Wrap (I use Misson Foods wrap)
– Your choice of greens (e.g., coleslaw)
– Your choice of additional sauce (optional)
Method:
1. Pan-fry the chicken fillets until fully cooked.
2. Set aside and shred the cooked chicken.
3. In the same pan, add the shredded chicken and sweet and sour sauce.
4. Stir-fry until the shredded chicken is fully coated with the sauce.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve wrapped with your choice of greens and optional additional sauce.
