Quick & Easy Breakfast Idea | Toddler Breakfast (12m+)
Ingredients:
- 1 large banana or 3 small bananas (sliced)
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp honey (*optional. No honey for babies below 12 months old)
- 2 – 3 slices of bread, cubed
- 40g diced butter
- 2 tsp desiccated coconut
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
Steps:
- Pre-heat your oven or air fryer to 175C.
- Mix well the egg, milk, vanilla extract, honey(optional) and cinnamon powder(optional).
- Add the bread cubes and sliced banana to the mixture, stir until the bread is coated with the mixture.
- Pour the bread mixture into the baking dish. Topping with diced butter.
- Air fry or Oven bake for 175 degrees, 8-10 minutes or until the bread pudding is golden brown and set in the middle. Topping with dessicated coconuts.
- Serve with your favourite fruits. Enjoy!
Note:
- No honey for babies below 12 months old.
- You can sprinkle some desiccated coconut on top of the bread pudding and bake; it adds more fragrance of the desiccated coconut.
