Quick & Easy Breakfast Idea | Toddler Breakfast (12m+)

Ingredients:

  • 1 large banana or 3 small bananas (sliced)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp honey (*optional. No honey for babies below 12 months old)
  • 2 – 3 slices of bread, cubed
  • 40g diced butter
  • 2 tsp desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)

Steps:

  • Pre-heat your oven or air fryer to 175C.
  • Mix well the egg, milk, vanilla extract, honey(optional) and cinnamon powder(optional).
  • Add the bread cubes and sliced banana to the mixture, stir until the bread is coated with the mixture.
  • Pour the bread mixture into the baking dish. Topping with diced butter.
  • Air fry or Oven bake for 175 degrees, 8-10 minutes or until the bread pudding is golden brown and set in the middle. Topping with dessicated coconuts.
  • Serve with your favourite fruits. Enjoy!

Note:

  • No honey for babies below 12 months old.
  • You can sprinkle some desiccated coconut on top of the bread pudding and bake; it adds more fragrance of the desiccated coconut.
