Flourless Banana Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients:
– 3 medium ripe bananas/1 large ripe banana, mashed
– 6 tbsp instant oatmeal
– 3 tbsp honey (optional)
– 1 egg
– 1/4 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp cocoa powder
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
– A handful of chocolate chips
(optional)
– chopped almonds (sprinkle on top) (optional)
Instructions:
1. Mix mashed bananas, instant oatmeal, honey (if using), vanilla extract, egg, baking powder, cocoa powder, peanut butter, and chocolate chips in a bowl.
2. Preheat air fryer to 175°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish with oil or use parchment paper.
3. Spread batter in the dish, sprinkle chopped nuts on top of the batter, and air fry for 12-15 minutes at 175°C (350°F), or until toothpick comes out clean.
4. Allow brownies to cool in the pan completely, before slicing up.

If you prefer a firmer brownie texture, you can add additional instant oatmeal to the batter. Start by adding 1-2 tablespoons of extra instant oatmeal and gradually adjust until you reach the desired consistency.
