Avocado Yogurt Pesto Pasta

1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp dried basil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons unsweetened plain yogurt (optional)
3 - 4 cherry tomatoes (diced)
Your preferred pasta
Directions
In a food processor, combine the avocado, dried basil, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese, unsweetened plain yogurt to the food processor. Pulse until smooth.
Add the olive oil until the pesto is fully combined.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and toss it with the avocado pesto and cherry tomatoes.
Serve the pasta warm, or chilled. Enjoy!
