Banana Cocoa Oat Bar Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 1 ripe banana
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp honey (optional)
• 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 4 tbsp rolled oats
Instructions:
1. Preheat your air fryer or oven to 175°C.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
3. Pour the batter into a baking mold.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they are cooked through and a toothpick comes out clean.
5. Allow them to cool down, then top with peanut butter or your preferred toppings.
