Banana Cocoa Sheet Pancakes:
Ingredients:
• 1 egg
• 1 banana
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mash the banana. Add milk, vanilla extract, egg, and melted butter. Mix well.
2. In another bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
3. Scoop 4 tbsp of the batter into a separate bowl. Add cocoa powder and mix well.
4. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
5. Grease a baking sheet or pan.
6. Scoop plain batter onto the pan, then scoop cocoa batter onto the pan, alternating between the two.
7. Use a chopstick or toothpick to create swirls in the batter.
8. Bake at 175°C (350°F) until the pancakes are cooked through.
9. Allow the pancakes to cool down before serving.
Storage:
1-2 days. Keep in the refrigerator for freshness. Reheat the muffins at 80°C (lightly warm) before serving.
