Ingredients:
1 medium potato (cooked and mashed)
1 egg
150g chicken breast or fillet (cubed)
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
Salt and pepper (optional)
1 tsp light soy sauce (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 – 4 tbsp Corn flour
Cooking oil
Instructions:
- Boil the potato and mash it. Set aside.
- Blend the chicken , yellow onions and egg together.
- In a large bowl, mix well the mashed potato, ground chicken, garlic powder, salt, pepper, corn flour, and light soy sauce.
- Preheat the oven to 190C or preheat the air fryer to 175C.
- If using the oven, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. If using the air fryer, lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
- Using a tablespoon, form the mixture into small nuggets and place them on the prepared baking sheet or in the air fryer basket.
- Brush the nuggets with cooking oil.
- If using the oven, bake for 12-15 minutes or until the nuggets are golden brown and cooked through. If using the air fryer, cook for 10-12 minutes or until the nuggets are golden brown and cooked through, flipping them halfway through cooking.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving to your baby(12m+) or toddler. Enjoy!
