Ingredients:

1 medium potato (cooked and mashed)
1 egg
150g chicken breast or fillet (cubed)
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
Salt and pepper (optional)
1 tsp light soy sauce (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 – 4 tbsp Corn flour
Cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Boil the potato and mash it. Set aside.
  2. Blend the chicken , yellow onions and egg together.
  3. In a large bowl, mix well the mashed potato, ground chicken, garlic powder, salt, pepper, corn flour, and light soy sauce.
  4. Preheat the oven to 190C or preheat the air fryer to 175C.
  5. If using the oven, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. If using the air fryer, lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
  6. Using a tablespoon, form the mixture into small nuggets and place them on the prepared baking sheet or in the air fryer basket.
  7. Brush the nuggets with cooking oil.
  8. If using the oven, bake for 12-15 minutes or until the nuggets are golden brown and cooked through. If using the air fryer, cook for 10-12 minutes or until the nuggets are golden brown and cooked through, flipping them halfway through cooking.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving to your baby(12m+) or toddler. Enjoy!
