Blended Pumpkin Oatmeal Chocolate Bars for Toddlers using Air Fryer:

Ingredients:

• 3 – 4 tbsp mashed pumpkin
• 8 tbsp rolled oats
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1 egg
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
• 1/2 tbsp honey (optional)
• Handful of dark chocolate chips

Steps:

1. In a blender, combine pumpkin puree, rolled oats, baking powder, chocolate chips, egg, honey and cinnamon. Blend until you have a smooth batter.
2. Grease the baking tray.
3. Pour the blended batter into the greased baking tray and spread it evenly.
4. Sprinkle some dark chocolate chips on top of the batter.
5. Set the air fryer to 175°C (350°F) and air fry for about 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Allow the bars to cool in the air fryer tray, then carefully remove and cut into toddler-friendly portions.
